Happy Saint Patrick's Day! Unfortunately, third grade did not catch the leprechaun!

Third graders came together to make a class Leprechaun box, they are pretty confident they will catch him tomorrow!

Third graders reviewed their vocabulary words by becoming sculptors! They had to sculpt something to represent their words!

Guess who hatched in the STEM Lab? 🐣✨ Our students are smitten — and learning so much about life cycles, care, and science through this hands-on experience. #STEMLab #HatchingChicks #HandsOnLearning #SGES #KidsInScience

For the past 3 weeks our students have been anxiously watching and waiting...but the wait is over! Our baby chicks have arrived! 🐥

Curious how you can help wildflowers thrive? 🌼 Today our 7th graders partnered with the Sea Girt Conservancy to make seed bombs — small, eco-friendly spheres of clay, compost, and native wildflower seeds that protect seeds from birds and erosion and use rain to trigger germination. Students loved learning about “guerilla gardening” and how a simple toss onto bare soil can create habitat for pollinators. 🌧️🌱 Have you ever tried seed bombing or planted native wildflowers near your home? Share your tips! @seagirtconservancy #SGES
