Can a little snow slow down kindness? Not here! ❄️ Today PK-K prepped for their Kindness Parade and many of our students showed off mismatched outfits for Kindness Day — hearts were full! ❤️ Tomorrow is Crazy Hair Day — who’s excited to see the wild styles? 📸✨ #GreatKindnessChallenge #SGES @greatkindnesschallenge

Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this morning's drop-off, which resulted in a safe and efficient arrival.

We will maintain the current drop-off format for the next few days as we clear ice and widen walkways.

Please remember:
----- Do not drop children along the snow drifts; use the designated openings.
----- If your child requires a car seat, please use the parking lot to safely assist them out of the vehicle.

Pick-up will follow a similar process from the same locations as the morning. Feel free to park in the lot and come meet your child.

For the time being, pre-high students will be dismissed from the front of the building. Again, thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Due to the difficult conditions following the storm, our team continues to address ice and snow. We are pleased to confirm that school will be in session today.

The main entrance and entrances from the parking lot are clear, and emergency exits are accessible.

For safety reasons, we kindly ask that you drop your child at the main entrance or use one of the parking lot entrances. Please do not drop your child on Bell, and ask them to climb the snow drift to the sidewalk.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation, especially as drop-off may take a few minutes longer today, but working together ensures a safe start to the day for all.

🏀✨ Celebrating leadership, teamwork, and resilience. Today Girls' Basketball closed out the regular season and honored our 8th-grade student-athletes — the Class of 2026 — for their contributions on and off the court. 🏀✨Their clutch performances and team-first attitudes reflect strong character and leadership skills that will serve them well beyond athletics. Congratulations to all involved! The girls finished in 2nd place in their division. Next stop, MCAL playoffs! #Leadership #ClassOf2026 #Teamwork #SGES

Two fourth graders from each school in the sending district stepped into the courtroom for a mock trial- thinking critically, speaking confidently, and learning how the justice system works. What do you think, is Goldilocks guilty of breaking and entering and destruction of property?!?

What happens when students take the lead and become the teachers? 🌟 Student-led lessons spark curiosity, boost confidence, and create deeper learning moments. Watching peers explain concepts can make content stick — and it gives students real ownership of their learning. #sges
